We are excited to invite you to a special winter event for all Westgate families. 

The “Westgator Snow Ball” will take place on Thursday, December 7 from 4:00-6:00pm at the school.  

School Council invites you to celebrate the upcoming winter season with your school friends. There will be a snowflake dance in the gym, a photo booth, a winter treat concession, crafts, games and activities for everyone. We anticipate it will be a busy event so please bring only your immediate family. 

We will need many volunteers to help make this event a success for everyone. Shifts are short so that you may also enjoy the event. Older siblings in your family may also help at the game stations, with your supervision. This is a School Council, parent supervised event, so even if you haven't had a chance to complete your security clearance with the school you may still volunteer at this event.

At the Westgator Snow Ball, we will be collecting donations for our sister school's "Holiday Store" fundraiser. Most desired items include gift packs of toiletries, children's games puzzles, toys and activities for any age, warm mitts and hats, small household items, gift cards. Both new and gently used items are accepted. Please no food items. This is our way of helping families in need at our sister school.
