Birthdays

An important day for each of our students is the day that the class celebrates their birthday! We ask that families please refrain from sending food or other items from home to celebrate birthdays. Teachers may recognize birthdays in other ways. They will not distribute to the class food or other items from home as part of the celebration.

The meetings will be held at 6:30pm in Room 12. If you plan on coming, we ask that you park in the SW staff lot and access the school via the compound doors which will be open from 6:25 - 6:40pm. All Westgate parents and guardians are welcome. Babysitting will be available.

We look forward to many Westgate families joining us for this evening.

Retake and Class Photo Day

Photo retakes and class photos will take place on Monday, November 9. Children that were absent from school on the original photo day or who are new to the school will have their picture taken on Retake Day.

For children who require retakes, please check the “retake request box” at the bottom of the photo order form and return it with your child to give to the photographer on retake day. If you have lost the proof sheet, please send a handwritten note with your child to request a retake.
