Child Care Tax Receipts – Lunch Supervision

Student Fees
The unpaid 2024-25 lunch supervision and transportation fees will be sent to collections in February/March 2026. Families can avoid having their account sent to collections by: Paying their 2024–25 central fees in full, or applying, and being approved, for a 2024–25 Central Fee Waiver. We are currently offering extensions for the 2024–25 waiver until June 30, 2026. Parents unable to pay can complete a Fee Waiver form through their MyCBE Account. Parents can also request a Payment Plan by contacting StudentFees@cbe.ab.ca. A payment plan requires a signed commitment to pay a minimum of $20 per month toward 2024–25 central fees.
Lunch Reminder
We are finding that some students are asking for extra food a little more often. Please check with your children that they have enough to eat for both recess and lunch.
Report Card Update
Report cards will be available for parents to view through their MyCBE account on February 24 and will be available to view until May 29.
Upcoming School Conferences – March 19-20
Prior to your conference time, please ensure you have thoroughly read your child(ren)’s report card(s). We encourage you to engage in conversation with your child about their progress in learning. Students are welcome to attend conferences with parents.
