Westgate School Casino Fundraiser – Volunteers Required

We are recruiting volunteers for Westgate’s upcoming casino fundraiser on Thursday, October 2 and Friday, October 3, 2025 at Cowboys Casino.

This is an extremely important fundraiser for our school that generates a significant financial return from your time. The last casino fundraiser raised approximately $80,000 with funds used to purchase technology, classroom resources, musical instruments, field trips, residencies and other services that support learning. The money raised from the casino impacts every student in every classroom across all grade levels.

No knowledge of gambling or previous experience is necessary. All training will be provided at the casino event and there is a casino advisor on site for all shifts to provide support. Perks include free parking, a free meal, and getting to know other awesome members of our school community.
