Two Wallets Found

Two wallets have been found on the school grounds. If you are missing one, please call the office.

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is extremely full of lost items. If you wish to come to the school to look through the lost and found during school hours, please enter through the main entrance and sign in at the office.

Items that are not claimed by Thursday, January 29 at noon, will be donated to charity.

Carnaval de Westgate

On Thursday, February 5 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm, all Westgate families are invited to attend the special outdoor celebration Carnaval de Westgate. This event is completely outdoors (except for limited access to washrooms). This Westgate Parents' Society sponsored event is free for everyone to attend. Students and teachers will be engaging in activities celebrating culture and all things winter throughout the week; to wrap up this fun filled week, Carnaval de Westgate will feature outdoor games, snow shoeing, hot chocolate, food trucks, a crepe station, festive music as well as ice skating on our community rink - all weather permitting of course! Alongside the hot chocolate, water bottles will be available.

Grab your mitts and toques and join us for an evening of fun and community building!!

These events would not be made possible without your help. We are looking for volunteer help to make this event successful. If you are able to volunteer your time or are able to donate items, please see the signup link: https://signup.com/go/bqxSdWT

We will also be collecting bottles this year. Look for the Bowness Bottle Depot truck parked along 8 Avenue on the north side of the school between 4:30 - 6:30pm. Proceeds will fund various school initiatives such as in-house residencies like Cabane à sucre and Folkfolie.
